"Fantastic location in the old part of Nice, with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and the beach only a very pleasant 5 minute walk away, through the narrow, beautiful, busy streets. The apartment has been modified and decorated to an excellent standard with air-conditioning, double glazing, etc, without losing the charm of a 300 years old building. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, and had all the white goods needed for a weeks stay, e.g. washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer. The hosts were great too, as they communicated to us fantastically on the arrival and leaving procedure, and they very kindly offered us to store our luggage a little longer than the 11pm leave time so we could enjoy Nice for a few more hours."

"We loved the whole stay. But worth mentioning a warning that elderly or disabled people may struggle with the stairs, as the lift starts on the first floor. And if you don',t like getting into old, very small lifts, you may choose to walk up the stairs to floor 4."

"A fantastic apartment with the most perfect location in the old Nice. 7 min walk from the beach and 1 min from baker, butcher and supermarket. Plenty of restaurants within 5 min walk from the apartment. There was everything in the apartment which is newly renovated. Aircondition, fan, washingmaschine, dishwasher, 2 beautiful bedrooms and the most fantastic bathroom you can imagine. The owners of the apartment - Jo & Sav are the most gentle, helpfull and kind people you will find. They will help you with everything and did their outmost to make our stay great and unforgetable. We will without doubt use the apartment again next time we visit Nice and I can only recommend everyone else to do the same."

Jo and Sav where extremely attentive and communicated great. It was a pleasure to stay there and would do it again!"

"What a perfect stay we had in Jo & Sav's apartment! They allowed us to check in early, had great recommendations and the apartment itself was absolutely beautiful. Pictures don't show what a great size it is, they've really thought of everything. The location was also ideal. If we're ever back in Nice we wouldn't stay anywhere else now"
